TORONTO - Blue Jays manager John Gibbons likes the way the first half has gone for his team.
But he expects the next month is probably going to decide things for his Jays.
The Jays reached the halfway point of the season at the conclusion of their game Thursday against Boston.
"We had a slow start, actually good first week and then we kind of scuffled a little bit and we got it going in the month of June," Gibbons said. "Last year it was May, this year it was June. Let's hope we get better results from here on out.
