Sally Bolton, the chief organizer of the 2017 world track and field championships in London, resigned, becoming the third member of the local organizing committee to quit in the past week. She left for “personal reasons,” U.K. Athletics said. The resignations come amid reports of a power struggle with the chairman of the board, Ed Warner.
