Braves sending Jeff Francoeur to Marlins as part of three-team trade with Rangers

The Braves are sending outfielder Jeff Francoeur to the Marlins as part of a three-team trade that also involves the Rangers, according to multiple reports.

The Rangers will acquire international signing bonus money from the other two teams. The Braves will receive minor league shortstop Dylan Moore from the Rangers.

Francoeur became eligible to be traded when he passed through revocable waivers earlier this month.

He is hitting just .249/.290/.381 with seven home runs and 33 RBIs in 276 plate appearances this season. In Miami, the 12-year journeyman will help man right right field with Giancarlo Stanton (groin) on the disabled list.
