2016 Outlook: Marcus Smart

Marcus Smart's offensive game remains a work in progress, though "progress" isn't the word I would use in this situation. He took a step back last season, shooting just 34.8 percent from the field and 25.3 percent on 3-pointers, dreadful numbers from any position. Still, he did up his scoring to 9.1 per game, and shot 77.7 percent on free throws, so there were some signs of hope in his second season. It's not hard to see him putting it all together and emerging as a breakout star, but that might be hard to accomplish on a team that is deep on the wings and features an All-Star point guard.
