Germany Coach Silvia Neid is getting a little tired of running into her opponents off the field.
In Montreal, just as they did in the quarterfinals and in the group stage, Germany is sharing a hotel with the team it is about to play. In this case, the opponent is the United States.
“You meet in the lobby, the elevator,” Neid said, as reported by the Berlin newspaper B.Z. “Even if you know and like each other, it’s not easy always having to make small talk.
