2016-17 All-NBA First Team, From Chat Sports

This season's All-NBA teams are not going to be announced for another month or so, but with the regular season now over, players around the league have made their cases to be recognized among the best players in the league. The three teams will consist of two backcourt players and three frontcourt players each.

This is the first team of Chat Sports' 2016-17 All-NBA teams. The second team, third team and honorable mentions are here

First Team:
PG Russell Westbrook, Oklahoma City Thunder - 31.6 ppg, 10.7 rpg, 10.4 apg
PG/SG James Harden, Houston Rockets - 21.9 ppg, 11.2 apg, 8.1 rpg
SF LeBron James, Cleveland Cavaliers - 26.4  ppg, 8.7 apg, 8.6 rpg
SF Kawhi Leonard, San Antonio Spurs - 25.5 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 3.5 apg, 1.8 spg
C Rudy Gobert, Utah Jazz - 14.0 ppg, 12.8 rpg, 2.8 bpg

Westbrook and Harden, the two MVP frontrunners, are locks to be on the first team. LeBron James and Kawhi Leonard fall into that category as well, especially after their incredible seasons and MVP candidacy. That fifth spot is very much up for debate, but I think Gobert will get it given his defensive prowess.
