Silver Lake, Ohio – Toledo stands in sixth place tie following Saturday's second round of the 2017 Mid-American Conference Women's Golf Championships at the par-72, 6,177-yard Silver Lake Country Club. The Rockets improved their team score from the opening round by one stroke with a 24-over par 312 and were paced by five-over par 77s from sophomores Pimchanok Kawil and Pinyada Kuvanun.
Kuvanun, who is tied for 14th place in the individual standings at 10-over par, wasn't able to collect any birdies during her round that included three bogeys and a double-bogey on her final hole.
