Late Offense Leads Toledo Over Ball State, 15-5

AVON, Ohio - The Rockets scored 10 runs in the final two innings to defeat Ball State, 15-5, in Thursday's Mid-American Conference Baseball Tournament elimination game at Sprenger Stadium.

Toledo (1-1) was led by a pair of junior in Brad Boss and Matt Hansen. Boss went a perfect 3-for-3 with a pair of double and five RBIs, while Hansen collected five hits and scored four runs.

The Rockets also recieved multi-hit games from sophomore Ross Adolph (2-for-4), senior Jake Krupar (2-for-5) and freshman Michael Ryan (2-for-6). Adolph doubled and drove in four runs, Ryan doubled and knocked in a pair and Krupar hit his first home run of the season in the win.
