As college football fans, we have long heard it said that, "coaching stability affects program success." If it wasn't those exact words, you have probably heard some variation like, "new coaches need time to develop their program" or "recruit to their system." This week I wanted to see if we could quantify this idea. Does coaching stability affect long term program success?
