Last year: Panazzolo played the past two seasons at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, averaging 34.9 yards per punt as a freshman and 41.7 yards as a sophomore when he was named second-team all-Western States Football League. The WSFL is an eight-team conference in Arizona and Utah. Panazzolo’s team went 10-1 in 2015 and 8-2 in 2016, and he subsequently signed with Texas Tech.
Outlook for 2017: Few recruits are accorded first-team status as soon as they arrive on campus, but that’s the case with Panazzolo.
