Leta Andrews, High school coach
No high school basketball coach in the nation -- boys or girls -- ever won more games, according to the National Federation of State High School Associations. When she retired in 2014, her teams at Tolar, Gustine, Comanche, Corpus Christi Calallen and Granbury had piled up 1,416 victories in her 52 seasons on the bench. Her 1990 Calallen team won a state championship. In 2010, she was inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in Knoxville, Tenn.
