Texas Tech pulled in a new QB recruit today in Xavier Martin of Cibolo Steele.

The Junior QB can literally do it all, he's played most offensive skill positions, but looks most comfortable when he's just making it up as he goes.
Either way, this is a solid pickup for the Red Raiders.
