On how important it was to meet with the Rangers' hitters during the winter mini-camps:
Iapoce: "That was huge. The guys are down there already working out. I had been making a couple trips here and there at the end of December and January. But being able to meet all of the guys; actually all of the guys came out to hit for a couple of days in the cage that Friday before the Fan Fest.
