Now, Tom Herman has lost another Tight End, this time freshman Peyton Aucoin.
Peyton Aucoin announced Friday via Twitter that he is leaving the Texas Football program.
Aucoin did not say why he is leaving, but said: “After lengthy discussions, we’ve decided it’s in our best interest if we go our separate ways.”
Texas granted Aucoin his official release from the program, “making me eligible to transfer to all schools except those in the Big 12 and those teams on the schedule for the next two seasons.”
