While college football's recruiting season is the books, several teams still hope to add more talent before the season.
And the Longhorns are no exception. According to HornsDigest, head coach Tom Herman's staff reached out to former Notre Dame quarterback Malik Zaire about joining the program in the fall as a graduate transfer.

Zaire put his transfer plans into motion once Notre Dame granted him an unconditional release in November.
