Two years ago, Texas Athletics and The Aspire Group launched an effort to provide ticket sales and service support. Operating as Sales, Service and Retention (SSR), the area maintained two teams -- one dedicated to cultivating new ticket customers and the other providing service to renewing or previous ticket purchasers.
Beginning Saturday, Aug. 27, Texas Athletics moves these services to an internal operation, focusing on selling tickets and managing all sales and service inquiries. Comprised of Texas Athletics employees, the Ticket Sales and Services team functions within the Engagement Services area.
Texas Athletics is making this change for several reasons.
