Persistent lightning caused the cancellation of Tuesday’s baseball game at UFCU Disch-Falk Field between Texas and Texas State.
The game, originally scheduled for 6 p.m., was called at about 7:15 p.m. It was to be Texas’ final home game of the season, though a school official said the game could be rescheduled. The Longhorns are off this weekend and aren’t scheduled to play again until they close the regular season May 16-17 at Baylor.
