LAS CRUCES, N.M. -- Taylor Rowland, Brooke Vines and Abby Lockman all drove in multiple runs as No. 15/14 Tennessee rolled to a 9-0 win over New Mexico State to close out the Troy Cox Classic in Las Cruces, N.M.
Caylan Arnold and Matty Moss combined to throw a three-hit shutout, the fifth shutout thrown by the Big Orange this season. The dynamic duo also combined to strike out nine Aggies in the game, five for Moss and four for Arnold.
UT opened the scoring early with three runs in the top of the first inning, all coming with two outs.
