Peyton Manning is ready to put a stop to the political speculation. Enjoying NFL retirement, not a run for the Senate, is in his immediate future.
The former Tennessee Volunteers and NFL quarterback told a Las Vegas audience that he’s not interested in a rumored political run, in a video posted by the Adobe Advertising Summit Wednesday night.
Manning said he “wasn’t 100 percent sure” what the next chapter of his career would be like, but he shot down talk of a political campaign.
“I have no interest in getting into the political world,” he said.
