Tennessee’s 2017 recruiting class is getting closer to being full after three-star cornerback C.J. Cotman pledged to the Vols on Wednesday night via Twitter.
Cotman (5 feet 11, 180 pounds), from Clearwater (Fla.) Central Catholic, is Tennessee’s 21st commitment for its ’17 class. He is the second cornerback in the class, joining three-star prospect Cheyenne Labruzza from Albany (La.) High.
Cotman also had offers from, among others, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame and Ohio State.
