LaDainian Tomlinson compares football to a marriage, and he sure loves football.
Since his election to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in February, the former TCU great has been busy preparing for his big day, including having the bust made that will stay behind in Canton, Ohio, after his Aug. 5 enshrinement.
“It’s similar to planning a wedding. I feel like I’m getting married again,” Tomlinson said Thursday during a teleconference. “That’s been surprising.”
Tomlinson, 38, retired in 2012, but continues working as an analyst for the NFL Network and with his annual youth camps at TCU.
