Sonny Dykes has found new employment.
After finishing a 5-7 season, Dykes was fired from Cal on Jan. 8. However, the former Cal head coach is joining the TCU football program in an undetermined role.
The news broke Sunday afternoon that Dykes would be joining the TCU staff.
During his time as a head coach with Cal, Dykes went 19-30. He also served as the head coach at Lousiana Tech and as an offensive coordinator at Texas Tech and Arizona.
Dykes is originally from Texas and is returning back to his Texas roots.
