TAMPA — The NBC Sports Group will air 105 NHL games during the 2015-16 regular season, including eight games featuring the Eastern Conference champion Tampa Bay Lightning, the network announced Monday.
The 105 regular-season games are the most ever scheduled across the NBC networks heading into a season, with 12 games on NBC and 93 on NBC Sports Network.
The Lightning will make one appearance Wednesday Night Rivalry on NBCSN, when Detroit plays at Amalie Arena at 8 p.m. on Feb. 3. Tampa Bay’s game at Boston at 6 p.m. on Feb. 28 will be part of Sunday Night Hockey on NBCSN.
