BRANDON — Late-night pizzas were a staple for Adam Wilcox during his last year at the University of Minnesota.
After a long day of classes, practice and training, a late-night meal was the way to end the day.
But while pizza, often littered throughout many housing areas on college campuses, is an easy late-night dinner option, it wasn’t always Wilcox’s first choice while trying to maintain a quality diet as an athlete.
“It’s kind of hard to eat like a pro, especially when you have a house with mice and rats and a broken oven,’’ Wilcox said.
