Drafting Buccaneers: Fantasy Football Outlook for Doug Martin

In 2012, then rookie Doug Martin was the second best running back in all of fantasy football. His 313.6 points for owners everywhere put him on the map and the Bucs seemed destined for great things.

Three years later the same running back seemed destined for the bench and free-agent pool when 2015 started. Drafted late and considered a “sleeper” after reports of hard running in camp, Martin went on to shock the entire football community.

Last season’s resurgence saw the fourth year back finish fourth among all NFL backs behind Devonta Freeman, Adrian Peterson and Danny Woodhead.
