The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have offered a contract extension to backup quarterback Mike Glennon, but they anticipate that Glennon will test the market when he becomes an unrestricted free agent next week.
As of March 1, the Bucs have about $66 million in salary-cap space, fourth-most in the NFL, but Glennon would love an opportunity to start, and the team has to address needs at other positions too. They won't deviate from their own set price range.
