2016 NFL Draft: Bucs Pick Noah Spence In 2nd Round - Scouting Report, Highlight Video And More

With the No. 39 overall selection, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have selected DE Noah Spence from Eastern Kentucky. The Bucs traded up with the Baltimore Ravens to move up and take Spence.

Position: Outside Linebacker

Measurables: 6’2’’, 251 pounds, 4.8 40-yard dash, 25 bench press reps, 33 arm length

Scouting Report:
Spence has the talent, but there are major questions about his actions off-the-field. He was kicked out of the Big Ten because of failed drug tests and was arrested in May 2015 for alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct. He’s a perfect 3-4 OLB and can play as a 4-3 DE if he adds a little bit of weight. He’s still a little raw, but the has the passing rushing potential teams love.
