Paradise Island, Bahamas – It wasn't Dajuan Coleman's seven rebounds that mattered the most in Syracuse's 83-70 win over Charlotte in the first round of the Battle 4 Atlantis here at the Atlantis Resort on Wednesday.
It wasn't his three blocks. Or his two points. Or his three assists. It wasn't even his one steal.
What mattered most to Coleman, his teammates and Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim were the 6-foot-9 center's 21 minutes played. In Syracuse's first three games, he had averaged just 12.3 minutes per game.
"I thought Dajuan was good,'' Boeheim said. "It was the most active he's been.
