Stephen Bailey of Syracuse.com is reporting that Aaron Hackett, a 3-star tight end from Florida will be deciding between Syracuse and USF. Hackett attends Venice High School (in Venice, Fla.) and also has offers from the likes of Louisville, Kentucky, and Minnesota.
According to Bailey, Hackett a three-star recruit according to 247Sports, could commit to Syracuse this weekend, when he takes an official visit to campus. Last week Hackett visited USF, and stated that he wants to revisit.
The 6-foot 3 225-pound tight end is coached by former Syracuse pass-catcher, Beckett Wales. Hackett is eager to meet with the Orange staff face-to-face.
