Former Wyoming defensive coordinator Steve Stanard has been officially named Syracuse’s defensive ends coach, SU Athletics announced on Friday. Syracuse.com’s Nate Mink previously reported last week the Orange hired Stanard as an assistant coach on the defensive side of the ball, but in an unspecified role.
