Chelsea 3-1 Swansea City: Cesc Fabregas, Pedro and Diego Costa strike for hosts to cancel out Fernando Llorente's headed goal as Blues extend lead at top

Chelsea beat a resilient Swansea City side 3-1 at Stamford Bridge as they edge ever closer to a Premier League title win.

A one-two combination of Chelsea's Spain internationals Cesc Fabregas and Pedro scored either side of Fernando Llorente's headed effort to put Antonio Conte's side into the lead before Diego Costa struck in the last 10 minutes to ensure a win.

It meant Chelsea extended their lead at the top of the Premier League to 11 points amid a smaller schedule of top flight fixtures.
