After the heartbreaking death of 6-year-old Sunderland super fan Bradley Lowery, the entire football community is coming together to share their sympathies with Lowery's family.
His family posted the tragic news on social media on Friday, writing that Lowery had passed after his heroic battle with neuroblastoma, a rare type of cancer.
