Stoke City have re-affirmed their desire to sign Saido Berahino in this window by submitting a fresh bid.
The 23-year-old has turned down West Brom's offer of a new contract worth around £60,000 a week and the club will consider Stoke's bid which is understood to be around £12million plus add-ons.
Berahino is out of contract in the summer but West Brom could confidently expect to gain £10million at a compensation tribunal.
They rejected £20million last year from Stoke and will look to push up the price before agreeing to let Berahino go.
