Mark Hughes insists Jack Butland can become a £50million player at Stoke ahead of the expected summer merry-go-round of goalkeepers.
Butland has returned from injury to reaffirm his ability and Hughes believes he can reach David De Gea levels by staying in the Potteries.
The Manchester United is touted for a mega-money move to Real Madrid once the season is over and Hughes said: 'Jack has the potential to be at that level.
'He's got the chance to realise a huge amount of that potential here.
