Summer is getting near that halfway point and everyone knows that means football season is right around the corner. For those freshman getting ready to come to the farm here are some things you need to know...
1. Although it may seem like he is because of how much you hear his name, Andrew Luck is no longer on the team.
2. The home schedule is unbelievable: Sept 12 vs. UCF, Oct 3 vs Arizona, Oct 15 vs UCLA, Oct 24 vs Washington, Nov 14 vs Oregon, Nov 28 vs Notre Dame.
3. Tailgates start early with mostly midday games.
4. Bring your keys for kickoffs.
5. Mentally prepare yourself for the band.
6. After first downs chant "oh oh oh First Down".
7. After touchdowns you celebrate to "All Right Now" and jump at the climax (you will figure it out).
