Carpenter, Herzog to miss Winter Warm-Up
Cardinals first baseman Matt Carpenter will not attend Cardinals Winter Warm-Up on Monday as previously scheduled. It was announced here Monday morning that Carpenter's flight to St. Louis had been cancelled.
Carpenter was coming to St. Louis from Texas, where he recently attended his father's Rick Carpenter's induction into the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
