Game Blog: Grichuk's bomb sparks sixth inning rally, Cardinals tie game

If there was any question as to whether or not Randal Grichuk's recent power surge in Memphis would translate to the big leagues, it was just answered. Emphatically.

Grichuk led off the bottom of the sixth inning with a towering 478-foot blast into the upper deck in left field, also known as Big Mac Land. It was the longest home run hit by a Cardinals batter in the history of Busch Stadium III.

Only Milwaukee's Keon Broxton has hit a ball further in the stadium. Broxton hit a 489-foot bomb last week.

The Cardinals were not done scoring.
