It finally happened.
The St. Louis Cardinals recalled outfielder Tommy Pham from Triple-A Memphis ahead of Friday’s game against the San Diego Padres, and I couldn’t be happier for the guy.
Pham has been on fire since his return from the quadriceps strain that kept him out earlier in the season. The 27-year old has hit .338 with 5 homers and 21 RBI for the Memphis Redbirds, including 27 hits in just 80 at bats.
