It may have only been one game, but it was a fantastic start for the St. Louis Blues. Our Blues won their season opener at home against the Edmonton Oilers. They now go on a massive road trip that won’t see them return to St. Louis until 2020. That’s a bit of an exaggeration, as their road trip lasts only 6 games.

One thing is for sure, Robby Fabbri is here to stay. The rookie opened his NHL scoring account last night with the game-winner in the 3rd period. Blues center, Jori Lehtera, found him in front of the net where he buried the quick shot into the net to send the Scottrade Center into a frenzy.
