St. Louis Blues Missing Attack Mode

The St. Louis Blues began the season in attack mode. They were fast. They were scoring. They were putting fear in the hearts of all of their opponents.

While the Blues were never labelled as a fast team in recent years, this year they made it a priority. With youthful players in Robby Fabbri, Kevin Shattenkirk, Magnus Paajarvi, among others, the Blues have tried to reinvent themselves as the quickest team in the land.

St. Louis Blues head coach Ken Hitchcock has noticed that slip away as of late. Part of that, if my opinion is valued, is that with all of the injuries and line changes that had to take place through the first 2 months of the season, it creates an inability to get into a rhythm with your line mates, and therefore makes you play reactive instead of aggressive.
