After missing most of the first two rounds of the Liiga playoffs with an injury, Blues’ defense prospect Niko Mikkoa is back and helping lead KalPa Kuopio to a two games to one lead over defending champions Tappara Tampere.
The video is in Finnish (naturally), but it’s still entertaining. KalPa’s first goal, at about two minutes into the video, is absolutely filthy. Mikkola assists on the second goal about a minute later, and then scores what would prove to be the game-winner at 2:45 into the video, on a rebound.
