There's been a lot of debate over Game 1, whether the game was more Lost By The Blues, or more Won By The Wild. Good arguments could be made either way, and it's not necessarily exclusively one or the other. Give credit to the Wild(s), who had one advantage in speed, and made use of it to good effect. The Blues came on strong at the end of the game, but it was too late to have impact.
When Game 2 rolled around, the Blues had a lot to prove to the fans.
