Richard Freudenberg, who spent a year at St. John’s before leaving for professional opportunities, has signed a three-year deal with the Fraport Skyliners, a German team in Frankfurt.

As discussed before, Freudenberg’s departure is a loss for St. John’s, despite modest stats, but could be excellent for his development. Freudenberg will have a chance to train with pros and get some playing time while living closer to home.
