Lucid, New York Jets’ Brandon Marshall Bring Mental Training App To High School Players

Lucid, an app that provides mental training for athletes, is partnering with the New York Jets and wide receiver Brandon Marshall to bring confidence and focus to New York City’s high school football players.

“Lucid gave us permission to give all the kids the mental health app so they can perform well and be better,” Marshall said Tuesday at an appearance at A. Philip Randolph Campus High School.

Marshall has used Lucid’s daily five-minute audio clip that preach meditation, visualization and positive affirmations, according to the company, which has been told the player has listened to the audio along with a group of his Jets teammates.
