Palmer-Brown called up to U.S. U-20 camp

U.S. U-20 Men’s National Team head coach Tab Ramos announced his January Camp roster to prepare for the 2017 CONCACAF U-20 Championship. The 24 player roster includes Sporting Kansas City Homegrown defender Erik Palmer-Brown. The training camp will run from Jan. 15-23 at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, California.

Palmer-Brown recently returned from his loan to FC Porto where he became a regular on the ‘B’ team and helped them win the LigaPro title last summer. The 19-year-old Lee's Summit, Mo. Native will miss the beginning of preseason for Sporting KC.

This is not the first time with the U-20’s for Palmer-Brown, he was with them for the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand and the 2015 Stevan Vilotic Tournament in Serbia.
