Southampton have confirmed that they've signed Academy graduate Sam McQueen to a new four-and-a-half-year contract.
McQueen has made five league appearances for the Saints this season having made his Premier League debut in the 3-1 win against Burnley in October.
The 21-year-old joined Southampton at the age of eight, and has progressed through the club's Academy while playing at left-back or on the wing.
He told the club's official website: 'It feels really good, as you'd expect.
