Juventus have opened talks about a deal for Southampton defender Cedric Soares, according to reports in his native Portugal.
The 25-year-old has been a revelation since joining the Saints from Sporting Lisbon in 2015, emerging as one of the most consistent full-backs in the Premier League.
His form has not gone unnoticed on the continent and Serie A champions Juventus are well aware of Soares' progress on the south coast of England.
Now, according to Portuguese newspaper Record, Juve have made contact with Southampton about a summer swoop for the German-born defender.
