Former Jacksonville University assistant coach, Robinson High School head coach brings strong ties to Hillsborough County and Florida recruiting
TAMPA, MARCH 25, 2017 – University of South Florida head men’s basketball coach Brian Gregory has announced the addition of Scott Wagers as a Bulls’ assistant coach.
A highly successful recruiter in Hillsborough County and the state of Florida, Wagers most recently was an assistant coach at Jacksonville University (2014-17). He also served five seasons as head coach at Robinson High School (1994-99) in Tampa, leading the Knights to four divisional championships and two regional championships.
