Following USF’s 82-68 loss to Tulsa on Thursday night, USF men’s basketball players Geno Thorpe and Troy Holston were left behind as the rest of the team took a flight back to Tampa.
The players fell asleep in the terminal, and none of their teammates, coaches, or support staff awakened them to make sure they made their plane.
One person that wasn’t happy was Tampa-area realtor and Troy Holston’s mother Monique Holston-Greene, who took to Twitter to express her frustration.

Multiple calls and text messages to USF Athletics staff were not immediately returned.
