SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., SEPT. 24, 2016 – Cristian DiMarco stayed in the title hunt with his second straight round of 68 at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate on Saturday.
At 6-under, DiMarco jumped up seven spots to a tie for eighth place at Mirabel Golf Club (par 71, 7,147 yards). The junior from Longwood, Fla., is six shots away from leader Luis Gagne (-12) of LSU heading into the final round.
DiMarco’s performance helped No. 21 USF move up to 11th place in the program’s second event of the fall.
